The App is designed for Sahara Care LLC employees to log their work activities. • Signatures: Employee (aide) and client signatures for verification

No diagnostic or clinical medical information is collected through the app.

• Complying with electronic visit verification (EVV) requirements
• Supporting payroll, billing, and compliance with Medicaid and other regulatory bodies
